Kateryna Kushchenko
Kateryna is an associate in the Funds and Asset Management Practice of LAB Partners.
Kateryna advises clients on the structuring, governance, and regulatory compliance of both regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds and AIFMs, with a focus on private equity, infrastructure and fund-of-funds strategies. She advises clients throughout the full fund lifecycle, from establishment and authorisation to ongoing compliance and investor relations. Kateryna also advises private and institutional investors with respect to fund due-diligence and review of investment terms.
Prior to joining LAB Partners in 2025, Kateryna was working alongside the founding partners of LAB Partners in the funds and asset management practice of the Luxembourg office of a Dutch firm since 2022. Kateryna started her legal career in 2020 at a reputable CEE-based law firm where she gained experience in corporate/M&A matters.
