Hugo Leemans
Hugo is an associate in the Funds and Asset Management Practice of LAB Partners. He advises on the structuring, set-up and ongoing operation of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds.
Prior to joining LAB Partners in 2025, Hugo worked with the founding partners of LAB Partners in the Luxembourg office of a Dutch law firm, dealing with regulated and unregulated investment structures. He was also part of the banking and finance team at a Magic Circle law firm, with a strong focus on fund financing transactions.
Hugo holds a master’s degree in Banking, Finance and Business Law from UCLouvain (Belgium) and an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Montreal (Canada).
