Aymen Elhadidy
Aymen is an associate in the Funds and Asset Management Practice of LAB Partners.
Aymen advises clients in the set-up of, and ongoing advice to, both regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds, with a particular focus on private equity and real estate. Aymen is seconded (part-time) at a French fund of funds asset manager in Paris (France).
Aymen was a Junior Associate in the banking department of the Luxembourg office of a Magic Circle Firm and an Associate in the investment funds practice of a leading Luxembourg firm. He has more than 3 years of professional experience in law firms and 2 years of experience in investment funds in Luxembourg. He has also experience in general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining LAB Partners in 2025, Aymen was an Associate working alongside the founding partners of LAB Partners in the funds and asset management practice of the Luxembourg office of a Dutch firm since February 2025.
