Senior Associate
Jean Gaspard is a senior associate in the Corporate and Finance Practice of LAB Partners.
Jean advises clients on finance and corporate matters, including fund financings (capital-call and NAV facilities), mergers and acquisitions, cross-border conversions, shareholders’ agreements and reorganizations, with a particular focus in the private equity / alternative asset management sector.
Prior to joining LAB Partners in 2025, Jean has worked in France and Luxembourg including in the corporate practice of a prominent Luxembourg firm and the corporate and finance department of a Dutch firm.
* Qualified and admitted to the Bar in Paris (France) and admitted to practice in Luxembourg (List IV).
