Nahel Rochdi
Nahel is a Senior Associate in the Funds and Asset Management Practice of LAB Partners.
Nahel advises asset managers on the structuring, fundraising and ongoing operation of private funds across private equity, infrastructure, private debt and real estate. He also advises on investor negotiations, secondary transactions, and distribution of alternative investment funds.
Prior to joining LAB Partners, Nahel was a Vice President, Legal Counsel at a global multi-asset investment manager in London, where he advised on the establishment, fundraising and ongoing management of Luxembourg private funds, with a particular focus on infrastructure, real estate and private debt strategies.
Before moving in-house, Nahel spent over six years in private practice, including at a Magic Circle law firm in London and a top-tier Luxembourg law firm, where he advised leading asset managers on the structuring and operation of unregulated investment funds and represented large institutional investors in primary and secondary investments across a broad range of alternative asset classes, including venture capital.
