Nelly is an associate in the Funds and Asset Management Practice of LAB Partners. She advises clients on the structuring and establishment of alternative investment funds.
Prior to joining LAB Partners in 2026, she worked in the investment funds team of an international law firm in Luxembourg, advising fund sponsors and asset managers on fund formation, fundraising, and ongoing legal and regulatory aspects.
