Alix van der Wielen is a partner in the Corporate and Finance Practice of LAB Partners.
Alix advises clients on finance and corporate matters, including fund financings (capital-call and NAV facilities), (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, co-investments and reorganizations, with a particular focus in the private equity / alternative asset management sector.
Prior to joining LAB Partners in 2025, Alix has worked in the corporate practice of a Magic Circle firm, in the M&A/Private Equity practice of a leading US law firm and the corporate department of the Luxembourg office of a Dutch firm.
