Charles Mestré-Paumier
Charles Mestré-Paumier is a senior associate in the Corporate and Finance Practice of LAB Partners.
Charles advises a wide range of clients (with a particular focus in the private equity / alternative asset management sectors) on corporate and finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, reorganizations and fund financings.
Prior to joining LAB Partners in 2025, Charles has worked in Luxembourg working in the corporate and M&A department of a major Luxembourg independent tax firm, in the legal department of one of the world’s largest investment firms and the corporate and finance department of a Dutch firm.
