Christophe Balthazard
Christophe Balthazard is a founding partner of LAB Partners and is a partner in its Corporate and Finance Practice.
Christophe advises clients (with a particular focus in the private equity / alternative asset management sector) on a wide range of corporate and finance matters, including (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, co-investments, reorganizations and fund financings (including capital-call and NAV facilities).
Prior to founding LAB Partners, Christophe worked more than a decade in Luxembourg in the corporate practice of a Magic Circle firm, as a local partner in the M&A/Private Equity practice of a leading US law firm and headed the corporate and finance department of the Luxembourg office of a Dutch firm.
