Guillaume Gless
Guillaume is an associate in the Funds and Asset Management Practice of LAB Partners.
He advises on the structuring, set-up and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds.
Prior to joining LAB Partners in 2026, Guillaume was part of the investment funds and financial regulation team in the Luxembourg office of a Magic Circle law firm. He also gained experience at an international law firm in Luxembourg and in the legal team of a French leading FinTech in Paris with a focus on corporate, M&A and tax matters.
Guillaume holds a Master’s degree in international business law from the Faculty of Nancy (France) and a Master’s degree in international business management from the ESCP Business School.
