Hugo Roger is an Associate in the Corporate and Finance Practice of LAB Partners.
Hugo advises clients on corporate and finance matters, including corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and (fund) financings.
Prior to joining LAB Partners in 2026, Hugo gained experience in Luxembourg at a corporate service provider and completed a Master’s degree in International and European Business Law from the University of Lorraine (Nancy, France).
