Léna joined LAB Partners in 2026 and heads its Tax Practice.
Léna advises multinational clients, mostly acting in the venture capital, private equity, credit, infrastructure and real estate sectors on funds structuring and all aspects of Luxembourg corporate and commercial tax law.
Léna also advises on Luxembourg and international tax matters in connection with structuring in fields of investment such as private equity, domestic and foreign real estate, distressed debts and structured finance.
Prior to joining LAB Partners in 2026, Léna worked for almost 8 years in the Alternative Investment department of a Big 4 and for almost 5 years in the tax department of a Luxembourg law firm.
