Maïté Letalon
Maïté is LAB Partners’ compliance officer. Maïté supports LAB Partners in designing, implementing and enhancing their compliance frameworks and provides strategic guidance to ensure robust and efficient risk‑management processes. She has a strong expertise in AML/CTF matters (supported by her ACAMS certification) as well as in anti‑bribery and corruption frameworks. Maïté covers the full spectrum of compliance topics (including international sanctions, data protection and governance) ensuring adherence to international, European and Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining LAB Partners, Maïté has held roles within diverse Luxembourg-based firms, ranging from Big Four to boutique service providers and investment firms, including CSSF‑regulated entities. Maïté started her career in Luxembourg at the European Court of Justice in 2008. Maïté is also an active member of the Luxembourg Association of Compliance Officers (ALCO).
