Niky Isler Parisot
Niky is an associate in the Funds and Asset Management Practice of LAB Partners.
Her practice focuses on the structuring, set-up and ongoing operation of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds. She also has significant experience in conducting due diligence for investors, with recognised expertise in advising institutional investors.
Prior to joining LAB Partners, Niky worked alongside the firm’s founding partners in the Funds and Asset Management practice of the Luxembourg office of a Dutch law firm.
She also gained experience at a high-end independent advisory firm, where she developed strong expertise in investment fund structuring, as well as at a leading international law firm, where she was exposed to complex cross-border matters. Niky graduated top of her class from the University of Nancy (France), where she obtained a Master’s degree in Business Law (DJCE).
