Roxane is Head of Human Resources & Office Management with over 23 years of experience in the legal industry. She started her career in a Magic Circle law firm as Personal & Legal Assistant and, after almost 9 years of experience, decided to specialize in Human Resources and Office Management.
She has worked for independent law firms, developing the HR strategy of such firms while simultaneously handling all operational and office management tasks. Her versatile profile and extensive experience make her an invaluable asset to the firm.
Prior to joining LAB Partners, Roxane worked as Human Resources/Office Manager in the Luxembourg office of a Dutch law firm since 2016.
