Benoit Dardenne
Benoit is a founding partner of LAB Partners and is a partner in its Funds and Asset Management Practice.
Benoit advises clients on alternative investment fund and asset management matters, with a specific focus on PE/VC, infrastructure, impact, fund-of-funds, debt and real estate strategies. Benoit advises asset managers on the structuring and fundraising of their funds and on funds and asset management regulatory matters. He also has vast experience in advising DFIs and institutional investors on their investments in alternative investment funds.
Prior to founding LAB Partners, he worked for almost 6 years in the Luxembourg funds practice of a Magic Circle firm, 2.5 years in the legal department of a DFI and more than 6 years as a partner in the funds and asset management practice of the Luxembourg office of a Dutch firm.
