Renaud Graas
Renaud is a founding partner of LAB Partners and is a partner in its Funds and Asset Management Practice.
Renaud has over 20 years of experience in the field of alternative investments. He advises fund managers on the set-up and day-to-day operations of (unregulated and regulated) alternative investment funds, continuation funds, co-investment vehicles and carry and team commitment vehicles in the private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, private debt and real estate space. Renaud also has extensive experience advising asset managers as well as limited partners on secondary transactions (including GP-led secondary transactions, stapled deals and continuation funds).
Before launching LAB Partners, Renaud worked for more than a decade in the Luxembourg funds practice of a Magic Circle firm, headed the funds practice at an independent Benelux firm and worked as a partner in the funds and asset management practice of the Luxembourg office of a Dutch firm.
Renaud has been consistently ranked as a Band 3 lawyer in Chambers & Partners – Investment Funds, Luxembourg (Europe and Global) for the past 12 years.
