Marc de Chillou
Marc is a senior associate in the Funds and Asset Management Practice of LAB Partners.
Marc advises clients in the set-up of, and ongoing advice to, both regulated and unregulated alter-native investment funds, with a particular focus on private equity, real estate and fund-of-funds. Marc also advises private and institutional LPs, including DFIs/IFIs, on their primary transactions with AIFs. Marc has more than 7 years of experience in the alternative investment funds’ industry and also has experience in general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining LAB Partners in 2025, Marc was a Senior Associate working alongside the founding partners of LAB Partners in the funds and asset management practice of the Luxembourg office of a Dutch firm since 2020. Before that, Marc was a consultant for 2 years in the asset management practice of a Luxembourg tax firm and started his career in 2018 at a leading Luxembourg firm.
