Linda Tissaoui
Linda is an associate in the Funds and Asset Management Practice of LAB Partners. Linda advises clients on the structuring, fundraising and ongoing operations of alternative investment funds and asset managers.
Prior to joining LAB Partners in 2026, she held a senior in-house role as legal counsel in respect of the Luxembourg operations of a French-based fund of funds manager, where she oversaw the legal and governance aspects of regulated and unregulated investment funds across Luxembourg and other jurisdictions.
She previously gained experience in the investment funds practices of major Luxembourg banks, institutional development finance, and a Magic Circle law firm.
Linda holds among other qualifications a B.B.A. with Honours, a Master’s degree in Private International and Comparative Law, and an LL.M. in International Business Law.
